Returning an unwanted item?
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. If this is the case, please make sure your product is in the money back guarantee period and contact us to verify this.
Once you have verified please return your parcel in safe packaging to:

Please include on the outside of your parcel your name, phone number, order number and the reason for return. Once we have received your return we will gladly refund you right back into the original payment method. This can take 3-5 business days to show up in your bank account.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so you will need to organise and pay for that return. Please make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage and a tracking number in case you need to contact us about your return.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes! This is fine. Please be mindful however that in order to receive a full refund you will need to return your whole order including the free gifts.
Returning a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us directly if you believe you have faulty or incorrect item. Our team has a process that they will need to follow to resolve this for you. They will ask relevant questions to the situation and will also request images or videos showing the fault in order to help them best resolve this issue for you. If you refuse to provide the above, you will be liable to pay for the return.
Can I return an item and exchange it for something else?
I've returned an item, have you received it?
Please get a tracking number with your item so you are able to track it and see when it has arrived at our office! If you would like us to check the status of your return, please check your tracking number and if you have any further questions please call us on (02) 9387 4100 and have your tracking number ready so we can check that for you.
I've paid with AfterPay/PayPal/ZipPay, how do returns work?
Once we have received the product in the office and it has been verified with the returns team, the refund will be processed through the same way you paid for the order with and the money should show up in your bank account in 3-5 business days.
What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?
We are unable to refund money in any other account but the one that you have used to place the order with. If the card is cancelled, the money will still go into the same bank account that you paid for the order with.
I've made a return, will you refund my delivery charge?
Unfortunately we do not refund the original postage fee, nor do we cover the return postage. If a product is faulty it will need to be discussed with our Customer Service Team first.
