Took a while to adjust to the pillows as was I sure how much of the filling to take out but I think I have nailed it..
but really not worth the money..
They are not as comfortable as made out to be on tv..
They are not comfortable at all, tried adjusting the foam multiple times and its not cooling at all.
Very disappointing!!
