I absolutely love it.I bought one of does pillows couple of years ago and I love it because it has a cooling gel on a opposite side for hot nights.Now my partner love it too, there for I ordered two pillows this time.Will definitely order more in the future.

Nice and soft but firm to begin with. The memory foam squishes down after a while so if you like a pillow that stays firm under your head then this isn’t the one. I turn it 180 degrees so I have the firm under my head but it doesn’t last very long before the memory foam squishes down
