Please read these terms carefully. By purchasing from SYMPLER SUPER SLEEPER PRO®, you enter into a contract with us and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Sale Agreement

  • This sale agreement is a legally binding contract between you and SYMPLER SUPER SLEEPER PRO®.
  • Changes to Terms: We may change these terms at any time. You are bound by the terms in effect when you place your order.
  • Prices: All prices include GST.
  • Ownership of Goods: Title remains with us until full payment is received.
  • Non-Personal Use: If products are not for personal/domestic use, all warranties (express or implied) are excluded.

2. Orders

  • Orders placed online or via phone are not binding until accepted by SYMPLER SUPER SLEEPER PRO®.
  • Once accepted, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Website access is provided through your internet service provider. We are not liable for service failures.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure website information is accurate but do not guarantee accuracy and are not liable for errors.

3. Pricing Transparency & Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

To help you shop with confidence, Kleva Range® may display Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) on product pages as a benchmark for the quality and intended market value of our products.

  • RRP refers to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s recommended retail price and is provided for comparison purposes only.
  • The RRP may not be the price at which the product has been sold by Kleva Range® or other retailers in the recent past.
  • Our Sale Price reflects the price at which Kleva Range® offers the product and may be significantly lower than the RRP.

While we take reasonable care to ensure pricing information is accurate:

  • The RRP may not represent the prevailing market price in all regions.
  • Any stated savings or discounts are calculated based on the displayed RRP at the time of promotion.

4. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 28 business days of receiving payment.
  • Delivery is available to most of Australia, except certain postcodes (e.g., 0880, 0881, 0885, etc.).

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Standard Return Policy: 30 days for all products unless stated otherwise.
  • Extended Return Policy: May be offered at our discretion and subject to change.
  • Refunds apply if the product is returned in full, with all accessories and bonus gifts. Postage is not refunded.
  • Required details for returns:
    • Full name
    • Copy of invoice or order number
    • Reason for return
    • Contact phone number
  • Returns should be sent by registered post. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items.
  • Returns after 30 days are only accepted if required by statutory rights.

6. Payment Plans

  • We may offer monthly instalment plans. By paying via credit card, you agree to automatic debits.
  • If a payment fails, you may be asked to:
    • Pay the missed instalment
    • Cover any associated fees
    • Pay the full remaining balance
  • Default in payment may result in:
    • Reporting to a credit agency
    • Interest at 9% per annum on overdue balances
    • Recovery of costs related to enforcement

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
  • This agreement contains all contractual terms and cannot be modified without written consent.

8. Website Terms of Use

  • Accessing or shopping on our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • You may access information for personal use only. Copying, modifying, or using content without written permission is prohibited.
  • Trademarks, logos, and graphics are protected and cannot be used without authorization.
  • We cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your use of the website.
  • Users must be over 18, or under 18 with parent/guardian supervision.

9. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  • We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
  • Keep your credit card and login details secure.

10. Content Submission

  • Any content submitted (reviews, social media, emails) may be publicly displayed or repurposed at our discretion.

11. Mobile Terms of Service

  • By signing up for our SMS service, you agree to receive recurring messages, including updates and promotions.
  • Participation is voluntary and not required to make a purchase.

  • We are not liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages.
