Loved it from the first night. So comfortable feels like it wrapped itself around me! Great for my aching back! Pillow was great too after buying so many pillows before that didn’t feel comfortable

Very comfortable and did help my sleep however I don't understand how they can claim it helps you to cool overnight as I found it to retain the body heat.
Moves around the bed. Not as snug fit as advertised.
I had to write to them twice about my shipping. They're lucky the sheets were amazing, but they still did not arrive before Christmas and were ordered early December. They were not dispatched the next day as advertised. Nearly a week later, they were sent out, and then we had a cyclone and flooding, so were delayed by weeks. If they'd been sent out when they say as advertised, there would t have been a problem.
No apology either, but I'm happy with sheets
