Until I had children, I was not familiar with sleep deprivation. The consideration did not take long since it changed my routine. Sleep has become in short spurts. Sometimes it is three hours. On better nights, maybe four. That is all I get.

Later in life, I had to find something out. In a situation where the time to sleep is limited, quality is much more crucial than quantity. It is then that I began seeking ways of increasing comfort.

After a bit of search, I decided to try the Marshmellow mattress topper. I was not expecting such a massive change, and that made such a few hours seem quite different.

Why Short Sleep Feels So Exhausting

Sleep starved in bits cannot assist the body to remain in complete sleep cycles. Not only was it the number of hours. The frequency of the interruption of my sleep was it.
