What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay and ZipPay. Available payment options may vary depending on your location and the products in your cart.

Do you offer layby?

No, we do not offer layby services. However, Afterpay and ZipPay are available to help you spread the cost of your purchase over time.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Bank transfer payments are available when placing an order through our phone sales team.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the items in an order once it has been submitted. If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before dispatch.

What size are your pillows?

All Super Sleeper Pro pillows are designed to fit a standard Australian queen-size pillowcase. Product dimensions can also be found on each product page.

How long does a mattress topper take to fully expand?

Your mattress topper may take between 3 and 7 days to fully expand after being unpacked. Any packaging creases or compression marks will naturally settle during this period. You can sleep on the topper immediately if you wish.

I can't find my free pillows. Where are they?

For all sizes of mattress toppers, the included pillows are vacuum sealed inside the topper packaging. Please fully unpack and unwrap your topper before checking again.

What's the difference between the Wave and Straight 2 Sleep Mattress Toppers?

Both toppers are designed to improve comfort and support on your existing mattress, but they are built with different comfort technologies and support profiles. The Wave Topper focuses on pressure relief and comfort, while the Straight 2 Sleep Topper is designed with enhanced support and spinal alignment in mind.

How long does it take to adjust to a new mattress topper?

Most people require at least 14 days to fully adjust to a new sleep surface. This is why we offer extended sleep trials, allowing your body time to adapt before deciding whether the product is right for you.

Will a mattress topper fix a sagging mattress?

A mattress topper can improve comfort and support, but it is not designed to permanently correct severe sagging or structural issues in an old mattress. For best results, your mattress should be in reasonable condition.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $149. Orders below $149 incur a flat shipping fee of $9.95.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouse and fulfilment centre.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Areas: 2–3 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5–9 business days
  • WA & NT: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods and holiday seasons.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Depending on your location and order size, we use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Border Express.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Super Sleeper Pro only ships within Australia and does not offer delivery to New Zealand or other international destinations.

How long is the sleep trial?

All eligible products come with a 120 Night Sleep Trial.

Why do you offer a sleep trial?

Your body can take time to adapt to a new sleep surface. A sleep trial gives you the opportunity to properly experience the product in your own home before making a final decision.

What conditions apply to a sleep trial return?

Products must be used for the minimum trial period, remain clean and hygienic, and be returned in accordance with our return requirements.

Do I need approval before returning a product?

Yes. All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before being sent back.

How are refunds processed?

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Can I send a COD return?

No. Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels are not accepted.

Who pays return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

What warranty do your products include?

Most Super Sleeper Pro products include a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Which products have extended warranties?

  • 5 Year Warranty: Wave Mattress Topper, Straight 2 Sleep Mattress Topper
  • 3 Year Warranty: Marshmellow Mattress Topper, Serenity Mattress Topper

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal household use.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use
  • Stains
  • Misuse
  • Changes in comfort preference

What should I do if I think my product is faulty?

Take clear photos of the issue and contact our support team. We'll assess the fault and advise on the next steps under warranty or Australian Consumer Law.

Are your products covered by Australian Consumer Law?

Yes. All Super Sleeper Pro products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
